  • About the Design

    The Sans & Samling (Sense and Collection) Pendant is designed to symbolize the passage of time and the connection between past, present, and future. The three distinct pendants—each shaped as a circle, triangle, and square—reflect a desire for simple yet meaningful organization. The use of 18 kt Fairtrade gold, layered with black oxidized silver, represents the depth of memories that bind our experiences over time. The design invites personal interpretation, allowing the wearer to attribute unique significance to each shape, symbolizing an ongoing journey and the layering of meaning throughout life.

    About the Designer

    Janne Krogh Hansen, originally trained as a goldsmith, has a background from the Design School Institute of Precious Metals in Copenhagen, where she developed a deep fascination with precious metals and their potential as artistic expressions. Her designs are characterized by a careful balance between traditional craftsmanship and modern aesthetics, combining clean lines with unique textures. Her collaboration with partner Karl Ejnar Nybo at Goldfingers has allowed Janne to create jewelry where quality, sustainability, and timeless design come together harmoniously.
